🚗📢 PUBLIC NOTICE: TEMPORARY SERVICE DISRUPTIONS AT THE RAY NKONYENI MUNICIPALITY DRIVING LICENCE TESTING CENTRE (DLTC)

 The Ray Nkonyeni Municipality wishes to inform all residents and customers that services at the Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC) will be temporarily affected due to the installation and upgrading of equipment aimed at improving service delivery and ensuring a more efficient customer experience.

 📅 10 – 12 June 2026

The DLTC will remain open to the public, and services will continue as normal. However, customers are advised that delays may be experienced during this period due to the installation of new Smart Enrolment Units.

📅 22 – 23 June 2026

No Learner's Licence bookings or tests will be conducted on these dates due to the installation and configuration of new computer equipment and operating systems.

✅ Applicants who have already booked Learner's Licence tests for 22 or 23 June 2026 will be contacted and rescheduled to an alternative date.

The Municipality apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused and appreciates your patience and understanding as we modernise our systems to provide faster, smarter and more seamless services to our community.
