INVITATION TO RATEPAYER ASSOCIATIONS, BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS/ FORUMS AND ALL STAKEHOLDERS TO COMMENT ON THE BATHO PELE STRATEGY AND THE REVIEWAL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CHARTER
 
CONSULTATION MEETING
 
Ray Nkonyeni Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of the White Paper on the Transformation of the Public Service Delivery (1997) on the review of the Customer Service Charter and consultation of stakeholders.
 
Furthermore, Ray Nkonyeni Municipality in terms of the White Paper on the Transformation of the Public Service (1997), Promotion of Administration Justice Act 2000 (Act 3 of 2000), (PAJA) and Municipal Finance Management Act 2003 (Act 56 of 2003). Ratepayers Associations, Business Associations/ Forums and other stakeholders are invited to attend a consultative meeting on the Draft Batho Pele Strategy.
 
The venue of the meeting is the Ray Nkonyeni Municipality Council Chambers, 10 Connor Street, Port Shepstone, 4240 on Monday, 26 February 2018 at 09h00
